Our Vision and Mission

We extend a professional welcome to this section of our website, dedicated to outlining the foundational principles that guide our association. Our work beneath the waves is predicated on a profound understanding of our responsibilities to our professional personnel and the indispensable marine environment.

Our Vision : Operational Excellence and Environmental Stewardship

We envision a future where the magnificent Indonesian underwater environment the epicenter of the Coral Triangle and a critical global contributor to oxygen production flourishes, and where every professional engaged in sub-surface work returns home securely and routinely.

Our motivation is to establish the national benchmark for operational professionalism, paramount safety standards, and exemplary environmental custodianship within the underwater sector.

Our Mission: Integrity, Sustainability, and Welfare

To translate this Vision into reality, we are committed to the following critical missions, which constitute our core operational priorities:

   1. Prioritizing Safety and Health (Occupational Safety, Health, and Quality Management)

Personnel Security and Global Standards : Our foremost mandate is to ensure the Health and Safety of all underwater workers remains an absolute prerequisite. We are dedicated to implementing and enforcing the highest international standards, including comprehensive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and adherence to established commercial diving codes such as IMCA or ADCI guidelines. Furthermore, we champion compliance with relevant ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards to ensure quality management and operational consistency across all sub-surface projects.

  2.  Protecting the Global Oxygen Producer (Marine Ecosystem Preservation)

Environmental Custodianship : We actively promote sustainable practices that secure the Longevity and Health of Marine Ecosystems. Recognizing the ocean's role as the primary global oxygen source, we commit to empowering our members to operate in ways that protect coral reefs, biodiversity, and the overall aquatic environment for posterity.

  3.  Ensuring Professional Prosperity (Welfare and Economic Stability)

Worker Welfare : We strive to significantly Improve the Welfare and Economic Stability of our underwater workforce. This involves advocating for equitable compensation, upholding excellent working conditions, and facilitating continuous professional development to ensure our skilled professionals can maintain a dignified standard of living.

   4. Responsible Resource Management (Sustainable Development)

Sustainable Empowerment : We champion Responsible Stewardship and Sustainable Utilization of Natural Resources. Our aim is to collaborate with natural processes, utilizing the ocean's resources intelligently and respectfully to generate mutual benefits for both the community and the environment.

We believe that adherence to these core missions will ensure we deliver impactful and responsible service to our members and to the nation.
